We are thrilled to present our new wellness workshop in May, focusing on the 

celebration of MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. 

MIND: help boost your energy levels and enhance your mood with a strength and mobility session 

BODY: reward your body for all of its hard work with a restorative massage 

SPIRIT: prioritize your mental health with a workshop on finding joy in your life

The May workshop will focus on Joy: Connecting to the heart and will include: a 50-minute Relais Massage​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​, an instructional group workout with a fitness trainer, and a wine and appetizer reception followed by an intimate workshop​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ on finding joy in your life.
