Fredericksburg Crawfish & Cajun Festival

Come enjoy some great Cajun food and music! Fresh peel and eat shrimp, cajun crab and even mudbugs! Please read through this important information below:

EVENT: Whoaaaa Trigger, whoa! Manage your expectations cowboy. This is a Cajun Festival with a Texas twist! Please don’t come expecting a Ritz Cartlon in New York! Take a breath and get ready to enjoy the country! Our VIP Area is in the rustic ol’ Bankersmith Dance Hall. This is a little place, population 0, with lot’s of Texas character (AND characters). We have about a half a dozen local artists and bands playing throughout Saturday and will have a small, fun kids area for the kids! It will be HOT, Hot as Hades, and just like most Texas Dance Halls (from Luckenbach to Gruene) we have NATURAL HVAC and air conditioning. What’s that? A Hill Country Breeze and Ice Cold Beer. That’s it. So come prepared. Dress appropriately. It’s going to be hot, hot and hot! I’m saying HOT.

We have made changes to help us meet social distancing requirements, and we ask for your understanding. Bankersmith Texas will be open all weekend. That said, we will hold the food service, the VIP Crawfish and Cajun Food portion of the event from 4PM until 8PM on Saturday. 

Check out our website before you head to Bankersmith, Texas (www.BankersmithTexas.com). All ticket holders can enjoy Bankersmith during the day and all weekend but are asked to mosey on over on Saturday from 4PM until 8PM for the main Cajun Food service.

Our restaurant and bars at Bankersmith, Texas will be open all weekend during  regular hours and you are invited to enjoy our Dance Hall, Live Music and Food/Drinks before or after the Cajun Festival.

HOURS OF FESTIVAL OPERATION:  Property opens at noon (food and drink will be available for sale) on Saturday (closes at 10PM) and the main Cajun Food Service opens on Saturday at 4PM and again goes until 8PM on Saturday. VIP Food Service areas and ALL OTHER areas for Cajun Food service will open on Saturday at 4PM and go until 8PM. Crawfish will be available until SOLD OUT. We sell out every year. We buy just enough to get us through the day.
