Entry Requirements

As part of our COVID-19 safety protocols:

All attendees, exhibitors, speakers and sponsors are required to affirm they are fully vaccinated. In order to be considered “fully vaccinated” you must receive your final vaccine dose 14 days prior to your entry date.

Affirm they have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the start of the event.

For those who opt for the COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the start of the event, we encourage you to test before you travel. You can find testing sites by visiting your state or local health department’s website.

Face Coverings

Effective July 30, 2021, Nevada adopted the updated CDC Mask Guidance. At this time, in line with state and local regulations, all individuals are required to wear a face covering while attending National Comp.

We are monitoring this closely and will continue to adjust our face covering requirements to align with state, local, and venue requirements at the time of the event.

Additional Safety Protocols

The health and well-being of all attendees and staff is a top priority for the National Comp.

The current additional safety protocols are as follows:

  • Requesting that all staff and attendees stay home if they are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick.
  • We also encourage all attendees to not attend the event if you are displaying any symptoms.
  • Requiring all staff to be fully vaccinated and take a COVID-19 test prior to traveling to the event.
  • Being mindful of social distancing guidelines.
  • Providing additional hand sanitizing stations in the event space.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces within the event space.
  • If you become ill during the conference, please remain in your room and contact the hotel management so you can follow their Covid-19 protocol.

National Comp will follow all federal, state, and local requirements to do our part in mitigating the spread of Covid-19. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will continue to update this safety plan as needed.
