Join us as we take a deeper dive into the Enneagram. Dr. Natalie Pickering, a certified Enneagram facilitator, will review the 9 personality types and explain how to apply their meaning in our daily lives on a personal and professional level. We will explore emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience through the Enneagram lens while learning how each type can foster leadership.

Dr. Natalie Pickering is a psychologist, board-certified coach, wife, mom, Ironman triathlon finisher, BRCA2 previvor, DISC profile CD, Enneagram Type 1, and lover of good coffee, mountains, and deep conversation. Dr. Pickering’s current professional endeavors include a private coaching, speaking and consultation practice (www.yourhighestplace.com). She is also the internal Work and Organizational Health Consultant at a VA hospital. Her work with individuals, groups, teams, leaders, and organizations focuses on improved performance, purpose, leadership, relationships and building resilient workplaces. Her clinical experience has included schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, not-for-profits and government agencies; she has developed and managed an EAP program and consulted executive leadership of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across various industries. She is a certified Enneagram facilitator and loves introducing this tool to others on their personal and professional journeys.
