PV Chili Cook-Off

Some people ask why are you holding the Chili Cook-Off in such uncertain times. Well, in 2020 the Puerto Vallarta Chili Cook-Off raised $230,000 pesos which were used throughout the year for the various projects of the Jay Sadler Project, especially direct donations of cash & food to the various organizations in the area to provide relief due to the Covid19 pandemic. This help is still needed and the Jay Sadler Project depends on the Chili Cook-Off to provide funds to continue their philanthropic work.

If you are unable to attend

Please consider purchasing one or more tickets at the "Donate My Ticket" selection. We will be working with health organizations in the Puerto Vallarta area to see your tickets are given to health workers and first responders who have long been on the front lines of this international fight.

The 2021 Cook-Off will be a "Green" event with sampling cups and utensils as well as drink cups at the Beer Gardens all made from recyclable material.
