CREW Upstate: August Site Tour (Members Only)

As our Chapter turns the focus to the topic of Industrial Development and Commercial Real Estate in the Upstate, our August Site Tour will be of Augusta Grove Business Park with Clay Williams, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman.

Augusta Grove Business Park is strategically located in Southern Greenville County’s “Hub of Industry” along the I-85 corridor approximately halfway between Charlotte and Atlanta. Maximum flexibility and efficiency are the cornerstones of the park’s enhanced product offerings. Sites are available to accommodate a range of uses and buildings large or small, and just a short drive from downtown Greenville.

Current Tenants include world-class industry leaders such as GE Aviation, KI Logistics, Magna Industries, JTEKT and others.
