I have a few comp. tickets, how do I order them in one transaction? You can only use one promo code per transaction. But registration is fast and easy to repeat for each ticket you've been given.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? It is just fine if one name is on all your tickets. All this effects is the door prize contest, which will have one name entered repeatedly. So if you win you'll have to decide who actually 'won'!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes- please email vicki@niagaraceltic.com to process a transfer.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? For any questions or information on the Niagara Celtic Heritage Festival please email vicki@niagaraceltic.com with questions or issues.

Can I receive a refund? Tickets can be refunded before festival weekend. No tickets can be refunded after Sept. 16th. Any used tickets will not be refunded. No refunds given for comp or free tickets.
