Join the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation in Boston for our annual WCRI Pre-Conference session. This year will focus on our key topic, evolving models of health.
Buy, Build or Lease? New technologies, a boom in processing power, and more significant amounts of data are driving changes on all levels to our lives and business.
How does technology change our workplace? How will these changes in technology augment the way we as an industry think about the injured worker, the clinicians, and caregivers? How does business identify tech-enabled products and services to improve the customer experience?
The reality is that the population is aging, and the younger generation expects a different work experience. We have shifted our focus to helping people make better decisions. We apply technology for efficiency, effectiveness, and accurate throughput, thus allowing us to focus on the complexities of the person.
Healthcare is human-centric. Technology will not solve all, but we will explore how we can maximize its effectiveness and choose the right tools to produce better outcomes and more effective business models.
