Event Description
The talk will briefly discuss blocks in general and then focus in on negative-self talk. The discussion will include how negative self-talk gets in the way of being authentic, keeps us in our comfort zone and often blocks us from being proactive about making more connections. It will be interactive with a handout and brief exercise(s) for the audience.
