Barbecue Chicken Dinner

Event Description

Chicken may not be the Belle of the Barbecue Ball, and unless you’re firing up your smoker at 5am for pork shoulder or brisket, it’ll be tough to get that perfect smoked barbecue flavor. In this class we’ll smoke chicken (which smokes slightly quicker) and learn to set up a smoker in the grill. And as the chicken cooks, we’ll work our way through a few sides to complete these summer classics. 

Menu: Barbecue Chicken with 2 Sauces, Iceberg Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, Braised Collard Greens, Buttermilk Biscuits, Strawberry Popsicles
