Alisha aka Naughty Naturopath Mum is a naturopath, blogger, flower essence practitioner and mum to two young scallywags. She loves to motivate and inspire people to keep healthy with her passion for gut health and encourages making as many good choices in life as you can, especially in the areas of food, nutrition, herbs, flower essences, natural remedies and stress relief. She also likes to remind us that no-one is perfect and we often need to make mistakes to learn and occasionally be a bit ‘naughty’! Her belief is that balance is the most important thing to achieve for emotional and physical health so that’s why she's called the Naughty Naturopath Mum as she stuffs up just as much as you do and likes to share this fact!
