Event Description

Polish foods have a reputation for being lacking in variety. Or, it's seen as being a stick-to-your-bones style of cooking to keep warm in cold weather. But, as we know here in New England, a northern climate doesn't equal bland, heavy cuisine. Let's explore a few examples of Polish cooking that will brighten your summer and show some of the variety and color this part of the world has to offer.
