Plant-Based Cooking Class - Zucchini Scramble

Learn how to make a simple, delicious, and nutritious plant-based dish. We will be making Tofu Zucchini Scramble. Students will get to sample the dish and will receive a copy of the recipe. We will also be discussing plant-based nutrition, cooking with herbs and spices, vegan substitutes, and much more!
