The program is structured to build strong supervisory and management skills. It is geared toward individuals who are moving into a supervisory position for the first time and for more experienced managers who want to sharpen their skills to help in their present positions. Register to attend an interactive program for professionals working in the public works arena that focuses on identifying individual styles; recognizing what makes an effective leader; and applying this knowledge to strengthen leadership and management skills. 


*Earn 20 related contact hours toward Water and Sewer Operator Licenses.

Cost: $615

The registration fee includes instructional costs, course materials, continental breakfast and lunch each day.
