Paradise Palms 2015 DOCO MOMO Home Tour

On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM tour guests will climb aboard an open-air double decker bus departing from the Orr Middle School Park, located on Twain Avenue, between Spencer Street and Algonquin Drive, and learn about the architecture and history of Paradise Palms, the first master planned community in Southern Nevada. 

Over the course of two and a half to three hours, guests will learn about the history of the community - it's founders, builders, and former celebrity residents. We'll also be discussing the architecture of the community, the unique characteristics of each tract and we'll be stopping and touring inside some of our private residences. Complimentary beer and wine will be served on the tour.
