VIP Pre- Sale Vintage Clothing Warehouse Event

Event Description

Sydney's Vintage Clothing is liquidating their inventory after 15 years of business. The VIP Pre-Sale event will be held near Nashville, Tennessee, and will be about a 20-30 minute drive from the Nashville Airport.
The VIP Pre-Sale event will be held on May 12, 2016 at 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The exact location will be given closer to the date of the sale event for security purposes. You are purchasing a ticket to enter the VIP Pre-Sale event, $20.00 per person, NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be snacks and drinks available while supplies last. There is LIMITED SPACE and LIMITED AVAILABILITY, and all tickets will be electronically validated at the door. 
This VIP Pre-Sale event is catered to vintage clothing dealers and serious collectors. If you are a vintage dealer with a EIN sales tax exempt number you MUST do the following:

1) Bring the ORIGINAL EIN tax exempt card with you and your valid state drivers license (matching names).

2) Bring a COPY of the EIN tax exempt card with you and a COPY of your valid state drivers license (matching names). We will keep the COPY and return the ORIGINAL back to you. There is no copy machine available on the premises. IF you fail to do this, sales tax MUST be charged, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The remaining days of the warehouse liquidation sale is May 13-15, 2016 or until ALL IS SOLD and is FREE admission. Also, there will be NO early birds for the sale! ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AS IS, ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Mastercard/Visa/American Express/Discover and Debit cards are welcome but each transaction will be charged 2.75% of the sale amount processing fee since this is a liquidation sale. NO checks. Cash is welcome.
Please note: absolutely NO purses, bags, or handbags will be allowed in the building, leave these in your vehicle. If you wish to shop with a box or rubbermaid tub for carrying item(s) you may bring your own empty box or rubbermaid tub. ALL boxes/tubs will be searched before exiting the premises by our staff, and verified payment, NO EXCEPTIONS. Plenty of parking. No smoking in the building and no smoking on the premises of the building grounds. Line numbers will be available at 5:30 pm on May 12 for the VIP Pre-Sale Event. ALL items purchased MUST be REMOVED from the premises when you purchase. Large heavy items, showcase, racks, etc. you will need to load, our staff will not be available to assist you. 

This is a LIQUIDATION sale, ALL WILL BE SOLD. Saturday May 14th & Sunday May 15th wheelin' & dealin' ALL MUST GO!
