Fredericksburg Oyster Festival - Bankersmith Texas will be open all weekend, but the All You Can Eat VIP portion of the event is being held on Saturday from 12 PM until 6 PM (Or until SOLD OUT). VIP’s can attend Friday through Sunday, but the all you can eat food service for VIP's will go from 12 PM to 6 PM on Saturday. Big Beautiful Texas Oysters served raw, alongside delicious accompaniments like Lobster Tails, Snow Crab, Bloody Marys, beer, wine and spirits...with TONS of live local music. Tons of great drink specials! Bloody Mary Bars and specialty cocktails by ENCHANTED ROCK VODKA, premium wine selections from FAVORITE BRANDS, and craft beers including selections from Altstadt Brewery will round out the extensive beverage menu.
