October CREW Upstate Luncheon - The Changing Workforce

Our moderator, Carrie Cavanaugh, has over 19 years of experience as an HR Manager /Director in manufacturing, engineering, & professional services organizations. As the Senior Human Resources Consultant for Find Great People, companies that are seeking meaningful change turn to Carrie for project works and audits, culture integration, individual and team training and leadership development. 


Our panelists represent the "Baby Boomer", "Millennial" and "Gen Z" generations currently in Greenville's workforce.

Maggie Kleger: Years of Experience, 34 years — “As a Baby Boomer, I’ve seen how Title IX revolutionized girls’ access to education– the Boomer generation ‘equalized’ many aspects of life and career for women."

Betsy Rice: Currently a Junior at Furman University — “As a member of Generation Z, I have grown up with increasingly widespread usage of technology, and thus been on the frontier of witnessing both the drawbacks and benefits of such advances.”

Luncheons are at a new location this year, the Commerce Club, and we will be enjoying buffet options instead of a sit-down lunch. Please plan to arrive close to 11:30AM to have plenty of time to network and grab your lunch. The program will be starting promptly at 12:00PM. Additionally, parking validation tickets will be available to cover your parking for the luncheon.
