Look for banded Snowy Plovers with Ben Pearl to see if we can spot any locally fledged chicks. We will also look for Least Terns and other migrating shorebirds and waterfowl. 3 miles, level ground.
Meet: Parking lot at 26348 Eden Landing Rd., Hayward (south end of Eden Landing Road).

Directions: Take 880 N to 92 W, and get off on Clawiter Rd toward Eden Landing Rd. Continue on Eden Landing Rd for 0.5 miles and park in the lot at the end of the road. Or, take 92 E and turn right on Eden Landing Rd, then park in the lot.
