Join CREW Upstate for a behind-the-scenes tour of one of Greenville's newest mixed-use developments, NorthPointe. Jeff Rose, President and CEO of Central Realty Holdings, and Cortney Carter, Broker at Collett, will lead us on an informative tour of the site. Immediately following the tour, we will walk to Universal Joint for networking and happy hour.

First come, first served! Only 20 people can attend so reserve your space fast.

Jeff Rose joined Central Realty Holdings as President and CEO in May 2019. Rose comes from Tricor International where he worked as Director of Development and Asset Management since 2006. A Michigan native, Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and later earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jeff and his wife have two sons. In his free time, Jeff enjoys walking their two rescue dogs, entertaining, and listening to live music.

Cortney Carter has close to 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She joined Collett & Associates in 2012 and is responsible for all phases of retail and restaurant leasing. Prior to joining Collett, Cortney worked with Hughes Commercial Properties in their retail brokerage division for 6 years. She resides in Greenville with her husband and 4 children.

Parking: Please park in the Canal Insurance/Central Realty parking lot at 400 E. Stone Avenue. There will be plenty of parking and the group will all walk together to NorthPointe.

• Closed toe shoes are recommended for the site tour. Hard hats are not needed.
