Winter is the time to put another log on the fire, get out the knives, and make nutrient-dense, satisfying food that sticks to your ribs. Join Gail Hobbs-Page, chef & cheesemaker, for a day of internationally inspired soup making. Learn the building blocks to make full flavored soups and how to perfectly season and garnish them. Crusty bread will be provided! Emphasis on knife skills, sourcing, technique, garnishing, seasoning, and creating balanced flavor.

During each Culinary Workshop, we invite a small group to the Caromont Kitchen to partake in an interactive afternoon of cooking, learning, and sharing our final product around the table. These workshops are casual and intimate, focusing on seasonal ingredients, flavor building techniques, basic knife skills, culinary culture, and good company.
