London Medical Challenge Day

Event Description

Medical Applicant Events are running a Medical Challenge Day on the 10th February at Leyton Sixth Form College. Medical Challenge Days are for students in years 10 and 11 with an interest in studying Medicine at university. 

The day involves an outline of medical schools’ entry requirements, including academic expectations, interview processes and admission tests. In mixed school teams of four the young people work together on three practical, medical-related activities, led by medical students. Finally, practicing doctors describe their work and answer questions from the young people.
