Did you know that people are influenced and motivated differently?
Have you ever wondered why you can say one thing to one person, and get a certain response, then say exactly the same thing to another person, and get a different response?
The reason is people have different personality styles, and each personality has a different priority. Knowing personality styles helps you to understand yourself and others. This knowledge will help you to better understand yourself and others as a first step towards better communication and understanding in the workplace and at home.

Register for the Deep-Dive Session where you'll use DiSC; a model of human behavior that helps people understand “why they do what they do.” You'll gain an in-depth understanding of your individual behavioral style and preferences while learning to recognize the behavioral style of others.
Shana is a certified Human Behavior Consultant focusing on helping individuals to understand theirs and others personalities in order to improve communication and become a more effective leader.
• Luncheon Session will run 12PM-1PM (Audience participation is encouraged)
• Deep-Dive Session will run 1PM-3PM (A DiSC assessment will be taken online prior to the session with results delivered in session. An Online DiSC Profile access code will be sent to participants via email 7-10 days prior to the session.)

During this luncheon, we will auction off a $100.00 Table 301 gift card. This gift card may be used at any Table 301 establishment. Donated by McMillan Pazdan Smith. Raffle tickets are currently on sale: 1 ticket for $5 or 4 for $15. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
**REMINDER**
Luncheons are at a new location this year, the Commerce Club, and we will be enjoying buffet options instead of a sit-down lunch. Please plan to arrive close to 11:30AM to have plenty of time to network and grab your lunch. The program will start promptly at 12:00PM. Additionally, parking validation tickets will be available to cover your parking fee for the luncheon.
