Matthew's Easter Circus

Event Description

The Easter Circus, a benefit that is held every Easter Sunday, has become one of the most talked about events in Austin. Hosted by Cyler the Bunny, and founder Matthew Simpson, the Easter Circus brings together a Ringling Brothers-worthy showcase, complete with dazzling performances, a prize-packed VIP Easter-egg hunt, and musical entertainment. Benefiting Equality Texas [www.equalitytexas.org], the non-partisan advocacy group that lobbies to eliminate discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender/identity expression. On March 27th the landmark venue Cheer Up Charlies, located in the heart of the infamous Red River District of Austin, will be transformed into an interactive Candyland experience.
