This coffee chat will continue to focus on "Building Your Brand" and will give us the unique opportunity to have a group conversation about this exciting topic with other members. We will watch and then discuss a TED Talk given by Ann Bastianelli called "Powerful Personal Branding" that asks us to consider how we are unique and what we have to offer every opportunity. We will discuss how marketing principles of big brand companies can be applicable to building one’s personal brand, and then dive into the benefits of having a strong personal brand and the steps to building your own.

About the TED Talk Presenter

The TED Talk is given by Ann Bastianelli. She is President and CEO of Anthology Consulting, and the Senior Lecturer of Marketing at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. An expert in interpreting consumer behavior trends and developing compelling marketing campaigns, Ann is known for her ability to coach companies and individuals so that they can discover what is possible, probable, and preferable for them. She's developed award-winning advertising campaigns for McDonald's Happy Meals, Eggo Waffles, and The Scrubbing Bubbles from Dow Bathroom Cleaner. Ann is also an author/editor of four books, a member of the Leading Authorities Speaker's Bureau, and has delivered keynote speeches for Fortune 500 companies throughout North America and Canada.
