Texas Wild Game Festival

The Best of Texas Wild Game Dinner: Texas Chefs have long treasured quail and all game meat, they are high in protein and low in saturated fats with wonderful natural flavor. This event in Fredericksburg Texas will be be held at the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon! Live Texas Country Bands will play all day and Texas Spirits will be on full display. Our Chefs will finalize menus and post on social media. We will be featuring several dishes for our VIP Guests that will include Wild Boar, Texas Gulf Oysters, Elk, Pheasant, Venison, and ALL YOU CAN EAT Texas Quail! General Admission guests will also have access to the full menu, but will need to purchase off menu.
