Participant Pricing

• Total trip package: $3,449 (+processing fees)
• Non-group flight package: $3,049 (+processing fees)

Total package cost includes airfare, hotel, meals, planned experiences, and organized ground transportation to and from airport.

Non-Group Flight Package includes everything listed above except for airfare.

Please note the pricing above does not reflect any credit card processing fees. Credit card processing fees may vary based on payment processing method.

For Total Trip Package, the Chamber will book both flight and hotel reservations.

Tuesday, June 20:

SW Flight #2445: Departs AUS 12:30pm CST, Arrives DCA 4:45pm EST

Thursday, June 22:

SW Flight #2446: Departs DCA 5:40pm EST, Arrives AUS 8:00pm CST

Group Lodging at The Salamander DC (formerly, The Mandarin)

Due to airline restrictions for group tickets, individual legs of the round-trip ticket are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to June 1st will result in an $1000 refund.

No refunds will be given after June 1st
