Kristin Haugen is an attorney at KC Haugen Law and founder of Rock Solid Consultants. Haugen’s clients include entrepreneurs and emerging companies for whom she serves as outside general counsel. In addition to business law and counseling, Haugen frequently advises on trademarks and licensing. Through Rock Solid Consultants, Haugen provides group training and one-on-one coaching on leadership and culture, business development, and practice management. Haugen frequently speaks to organizations about implicit bias, diversity, and inclusion.
