Friends of James Beard Dinner - Columbus 2019

This evening of multi-course meals, complemented by wine pairings, prepared by guest chefs from around the state of Ohio and partner cities. Chefs may cook their own signature cuisine, or cook around a particular theme, such as a specific ingredient or holiday.

The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring local distilleries, and restaurants alike with hors d'oeuvres and craft drinks. Then the diners will join the chefs in the Gallerie Bistro to enjoy five- to six-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The evening concludes with a question and answer session with the chefs in the dining room.
