Sunday, January 29 from 7pm-9pm, please arrive on time as there is so much to cover =) In this session, we cover some basics to making a salsa and mole. A quick overview is provided of the diversity and abundance of popular sauces. Students will hone in on 3 regional recipes.
- how to approach sauce techniques
- take home jars of sauce + recipe cards
- snacks provided: sweet potato and mole with carrot arroz + cinnamon & cacao tea
