Thanksgiving Prep: Turkey and Pies

Event Description

Make this the best Thanksgiving ever.  Learn our favorite brining methods, and the secret to our very best pies.  We will cover several decorative crusts and lattices, and perfect tart dough.  $65 per person, 18 years and older 

We can't wait to create something delicious with you!  Since you will be actively cooking, we recommend wearing flat, closed toe shoes which are non-slip, and avoid loose garments and jewelry.  Registrants must be of 18 years or older.  In the event that a class is cancelled, your money will be refunded.  Classes may be cancelled with as little as 48 hours notice.  Please notify us with any dietary restrictions, allergies or concerns.
