Our location for this Day Retreat is very close by at The lesser known Herons Bonsai Centre in Lingfield; a beautiful, very spacious and Zen studio, tucked away with exquisite, natural views.

10.00-11.30am Radiant Flow Yoga for JOY & ILLUMINATION

Senior Yoga Teacher Emma Cole offers a well-rounded vinyasa session for all levels which Includes Mudra, Mantra, Asana, Music, Meditation, Savasana with her signature soulful style that may include poetry, storytelling & inspiration.

11.30-12.30pm Singing Bowl Sound Healing for HARMONY OF THE HEART

Leticia Armegod, trained in India, plays her 11 bowls with earthy grace and quiet beauty - come and be drenched in the exquisite experience of a relaxing sound healing.

12.30 - 1.30pm Lunch

This year we invite you to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in the beautiful surrounds...

1.30 - 3.00pm Somatic & Restorative Yoga for NERVOUS SYSTEM REPLENISHMENT

Emma Cole offers a potent recipe for BLISSFUL UNWINDING through mindful movement & Somatic experiencing, inspired by the remedial practices developed by Moshe Feldenkrais & Thomas Hanna.

Then she offers the luxuriously beneficial opportunity for TRUE DEEP CONSCIOUS REST through the incredible practice of Restorative Yoga in which she is specialised & runs teacher training courses in Restorative Yoga.

This is the only local event I am running this year between May - August.
