SUNDAY MORNING MINI RETREAT - INTRODUCTION TO YOGA

For newbies or those who wish to review the basics in a fun, conversational, 'try it out' way where we introduce & break down basic postures & breath techniques & participants can ask any burning questions / discuss anything you find tricky or weird!

Emma is a Senior Yoga Teacher with 20 years practice and 10 years qualified. She has an ability to teach the basics in an accessible, non-threatening & light-hearted way whilst offering substance & expertise, especially in her ability to enrich individual difference. Yoga is not one-size-fits-all and must be adapted to each persons constitution, physiology & temperament.
