Chicken may not be the Belle of the Barbecue Ball, but unless you're firing up your smoker at 5am for pork shoulder or brisket, it'll be tough to get that perfect smokey flavor. In this class, we'll talk about the smoking process, learn to set up our smokers, and cook through a barbecue chicken dinner (with sides!).
