Fall 2017 Gathering: Embracing Your Unique Self

Eurasia Coffee & Tea

Saturday November 4th 2017 10:00 am –  12:00 pm

Join us at Culture C-Street to sip coffee, make friends, & talk about embracing your unique self

In our Fall Gathering, we'll be talking about embracing your unique self. This is something we all want to do, but find so difficult. Somewhere along the way, we've learned to cover up, hide, and pretend we're just like everyone else -- but we aren't, and our unique self, story, and purpose are valuable! Let's get together and talk about what it is that makes us unique, and how that contributes to building a community of people who embrace where they've been and who they are.

You'll hear from the following speakers:

CHRISTIAN FAUTH is a licensed minister and creative arts director. Born and raised in SW Missouri, she and her husband moved back to raise their children after a few years living in Montana and Michigan. She focuses on building relationships and living a life that points people to Jesus. In her free time, you'll find her hanging out with family. Christian has journeyed through mental illness and her passion is to spread hope to others that there is help and healing. She and her husband Carl celebrated ten years of marriage this year. Together they have three fantastic boys, Gibson (8), Hosea (7), and Stellan (4).

KATE ALSUP is a pastor, blogger, and intentional lifestyle advocate. She focuses on building a lifestyle based on living out the gospel, supporting family and community, ethical and sustainable consumption, and creation care. She is wife to Jeremy, mother to Benjamin Lev, and dog person to Winston.
