Keynote Speakers:

Lauren Jones: Leap Consulting Solutions, Founder & CEO, Lauren B. Jones (LJ) has been a leader, influencer, and innovator in the staffing industry for just over 24 years. Lauren's obsession for technology has helped shape her career and provide a stellar reputation as a tech stack expert, industry trailblazer, and business operations guru. She founded Leap Consulting Solutions with the intent of supporting businesses in adding clarity to the steps required to digitally transform with excellence. Lauren has been named Top 15 Staffing Professionals to watch in 2021, Power List of Top 200 Thought Influencers to watch in 2021. Lauren has been featured on almost every industry podcast from Settle Smarter, You Own the Experience Podcast (and is now Co-Host), Ivy Podcast, Staffing Hub, HR Lift Off, and more to share her passion for technology. She recently co-authored a book: “Together We Rise” which is a collection of stories from some of the staffing industry’s brightest female leaders. Her LinkedIn vlog has grown her following with hashtag days like #technologytuesday and #womencrushwednesday as her most popular segments. Lauren is active in her community supporting organizations like NCL, Women’s Empowerment, Saint John’s Program, and more. Lauren is a recent empty nester and proud mom to two powerhouse young lady leaders Emily & Allison. Lauren lives on a farm in Elk Grove, CA with her husband Peter.

Anna Frazzetto: As Chief Revenue Officer for Kore1 Staffing, Anna Frazzetto is an IT solutions strategist whose digital transformation and data analytics expertise guides businesses of all sizes and industries, from leading U.S. enterprises to fast-growing start-ups. As CRO, she is dedicated to helping organizations expand their digital capabilities, embrace innovation, and tackle business challenges leveraging data analytics, cloud, social, and mobile technology.

Prior to joining Kore1, Frazzetto was President of Technology Solutions for NashTech Global. At NashTech, she led outsourced and offshore software development teams in North America and the APAC region as they built and maintained mission-critical systems and applications for businesses worldwide.

 Frazzetto has been on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for five consecutive years (2017-2021). She is a regular contributor to CIO.com and sits on the Forbes Technology Council. A sought-after speaker on digital innovation, outsourcing, and workplace diversity, she was named to SIA’s Top 50 DEI Influencers list in 2021.

 Frazzetto is also a passionate advocate for increasing the numbers and influence of women in technology. She is currently the national chair of ARA, an organization committed to attracting, retaining, and advancing women in IT.
