Mike Anderson, a Project Manager for CBRE, assists with overseeing all aspects of real estate projects in the Carolinas. Leveraging 11 years of project management and construction experience, Mike offers high level strategic planning, design and construction coordination, space management, procurement, budget and schedule, quality control and relocation for users and investors in commercial real estate on a local scale. Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Mike was a project manager at Michelin for 8 years. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Tyler McKee, CEO of Rescom Construction, has been involved in commercial construction since 2001. A graduate of Clemson, Tyler studied Business and Construction Science and Management (CSM). Tyler has been doing commercial renovations with Rescom for 8 years. Prior to joining Rescom, Tyler spent 5 years with Trehel doing new construction. 

Meg Terry, a Principal at DP3 Architects, serves as Interiors Studio Leader and VP of Business Development. A Sanford, N.C. native, Meg found her passion when she first visited the architecture department at the University of Tennessee, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Meg is a member of the Junior League of Greenville and Rotary Club Greenville, as well as a graduate of Leadership Greenville. She is also active with the Greenville Chamber Board of Advisors and the City of Greenville Planning Commission.
