Event Description
Welcome to our Liberty Hill Christmas Festival Marketplace registration page!We are so excited to have you join us in what has become an annual Liberty Hill tradition. With time and as our community grows, so does this event. Our event will be two days again this year!
WE HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO THE EXPECTED INCLEMENT WEATHER ON THE 3RD AND 4TH. NEW DATES:
Date: December 10th & 11th 2016
Time: 12pm-5pm both days
Vendor set up details will be emailed out once your registration is received and confirmed. (Final confirmation will be made by our coordinators to ensure we do not have duplicate companies in attendance) So please do not delay in submitting your registration to secure your spot for the weekend. Non profit organizations should send an email to wax.woman@yahoo.com to request your spot.
We are looking for volunteers for set-up and teardown. Any help from our vendors would be appreciated!
