Also, Southbound Elm will close at 2nd Street at 6:00pm. If vehicles need to get to the plaza level to park, or down to the UE Garage, they will be able to go around the barricade. The Fun….

Catch up with old friends and make some new ones on Sunday, September 2, 2018 between 6pm and 11pm when Paul Brown Stadium will be the hottest spot in town as the venue for our reunion. This is a premier viewing spot for Riverfest and the 2018 WEBN Fireworks.

If That’s Not Enough….

Enjoy a buffet style dinner including seafood gumbo, steak salad, crab cakes, chicken quesadillas, pulled pork with slaw & salsa, veggie & cheese platter, peach cobbler and cheesecake.  Each ticketholder will get 2 drink tickets (good for domestic beers, some local brew favorites, and/or wine) followed by a full cash bar. Soda and water are at no charge. And, at the risk of being redundant….fun people who have known you forever and a great view of the WEBN Fireworks from the stadium plaza.

The Necessary Details….

Tickets are only $78 per person. It may seem too good to be true but, THANKS to the generosity of a few anonymous donors, we are able to keep the price down.

∙  Ticket price will increase by $10.00 after July 31, 2018.

∙  All ticket sales will end September 1, 2018 at 5:00pm..

∙  Event is open to Class of 1978 alumni and 1 guest, 21 years of age and over. If your spouse is also a 1978 alumni, you can either register them as a guest, or register separately.

∙  To send both tickets to alumni, put purchaser's email on all tickets. This way, your guest will not receive an email, but will have an individual ticket.

∙  When registering, if your name now is not the same as graduation, please add graduation name before current last name, on the ticket, so we know who you are.

∙  Tickets will only be sold, in advance, via this website. No tickets will be sold at the door.

∙  Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and the event will be held rain or shine.

∙  Security requires Photo ID with Ticket for entry. Guests must arrive with their alumni host.

NOTE: Parking Garage opens for entry at 5pm and closes at 9pm. Tickets for parking must be pre-purchased and must be printed for entry.

∙  If a tumbler is purchased, it will be available at check-in to the event.

∙  Wear shorts, a ball gown or anything in between….whatever makes you comfortable!

∙  Let’s party like it’s 1978, but we’re old enough to buy alcohol now so please don’t bring your own…security will confiscate it and we hate to see perfectly good alcohol go to waste.

∙  With their best judgement, the committee reserves the right to handle any unforeseen changes that may be necessary.

∙  Be sure to check out our reunion website at: http://OakHills78.com

Disclaimer:  Photographs taken will be posted on the event website.
