During this retreat we will explore how meditation and mindfulness practices can support our individual paths of recovery. We will provide instruction in basic mindfulness and meditation techniques as well as exploration of how we can bring the skill of meditation into our everyday lives.
In addition to guided meditation instruction and practice, we will
explore how meditation practice can strengthen our ability to “let go.” We will explore how understanding the relationship between power and powerlessness can empower us to more fully live our lives from a place of sanity, compassion, and integrity. There will be ample time to retreat, reflect and experience the Ebersole Center to the fullest.
Weekend Daily Schedule
